• Media: Profile images and business documentation uploaded voluntarily.
• Verification Data: Government IDs or business registration documents required to earn the "Verified" badge.

3. How We Use Your Data

The information provided is used exclusively to populate your public directory listing and facilitate connections with local pet owners. We use your registered WhatsApp number and PIN to secure your access to the Partner Portal.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.

4. Verification Policy

The "Verified" badge on a profile indicates that DOGbook® has conducted a preliminary check of the submitted identification or registration documents. However, this verification is not an endorsement or guarantee of the professional's ethical standards, business practices, or current operational status.
